Working as a member of the HybridLab Radio team offers many exciting opportunities. Your tasks will involve taking a brief and working it through to its conclusion as part of a team and on your own. You will need knowledge and experience of using the online radio software packages. You will get to work on a wide variety of projects from fanzines to Events and Venues along with getting everything ready to go on the web. You will need to fit the following criteria;
- A strong portfolio varying from online radio production, interviewing and scheduling
- Knowledge of radio software such as Live354, NiceCast, Audition and Reason would be an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience of uploading audio files for broadcast
- Strong organisation skills and team ethics essential
