Built Environment and Creative Sectors
The Business Improvement Network project, supported by European Regional Development Funds from the Government Office for London, aims to provide Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with a tool to facilitate networking amongst SMEs, their clients and customers, and local business training and support providers; this tool is the CompaNexus.
Whilst SME beneficiaries are receiving business support through IEA projects, they are also
introduced to the CompaNexus system and given the opportunity to register a profile of their business.
Registrations on www.companexus.com are completely free, and, once registered, SMEs can post as much information about their business and services as they like, and are able to alter and up-date their profile as their business changes and grows; as a result, CompaNexus is able to provide a more dynamic and up-to-date directory of businesses and service providers.
Once registered with the site, businesses, service providers and job-seekers can search for: business links; clients; training and support; property; etc and are able to contact others on the system through the site via e-mail and free SMS messaging.
