Training for Community Business Advisors
Funded by ESF/EQUAL, the SIED programme has developed a model to support enterprises initiated by communities who have experienced social exclusion in the labor market.
The essence of this project is to develop the capacity of community organizations to enable them to support and advise businesses generated by their communities.
The model enabled organizations to employ Community Based Business Advisers and to develop their capacity to support enterprises and entrepreneurs. The accessibility of advisers and their flexibility produced a highly effective model that can be developed by other partnerships. IEA has provided the training for these advisors
